Costa Rica's Keylor Navas made his debut for Nottingham Forest and started. Even though he was on the bench at PSG, the Costa Rican proved that he is still up there and made good saves to help his side to victory over Leeds United.

It was a vital win for Nottingham Forest over Leeds United in their fight for survival. The Forest scraped the win thanks to a solitary Brennan Johnson goal on 14 minutes.

Despite the striker getting the win for his side, Keylor Navas put in a good performance for those three points. The Costa Rican, who is the newest addition to the side, started and kept a clean sheet.

Leeds tried any possible way to penetrate the 'panther's defence, whose level has not dropped despite being on the bench at PSG. Nobody was able to beat him and he was crowned with a great performance.

Keylor, in just two minutes, saved his side from a Sinisterra effort. The Colombian got away from the defender with a headed touch but could not get past the goalkeeper after getting a shot away with the outside of his right foot.

In the 36th minute the Central American prevented another goal after diving to stop a Luke Ayling strike, who was shocked to see him save it. And just before the break, the keeper made another stand-out save.

Two Nottingham Forest defenders midunderstood each other and Willy Gnoto, with everything to play for in the box, ran into Keylor who ended the game with war wounds.
