Crystal Palace defender Martin Kelly had "one of those days" against Chelsea on Saturday as seemingly everything he did went wrong.

The 'Blues' took the lead midway through the first half, with Willian's long-range strike taking a deflection of the 27-year-old on its way to finding the bottom corner.

As if that weren't enough, Kelly cut out the middle man for Chelsea second goal, putting the ball into the net himself.

Marcos Alonso raided down the left and his low cross was worked to Davide Zappacosta at the far post.

The Italian's effort beat Wayne Hennessey in the visiting goal and Kelly's attempts to clear the ball off the line saw him hit the ball into the back of his own goalkeeper, with the ball rebounding into the net off the hapless defender.
