Jordi Alba targets El clásico return
The biggest game of the Spanish footballing calendar is approaching and the Barcelona wing-back is desperate to return in time.
Defender Jordi Alba, who suffered a muscular injury a week ago, continued his recovery today with the aim of being fit to play in El Clásico at the Camp Nou on the 24th (16:00).
The let-back picked up an injury on 5th October in his right hamstring, although exactly how much time he would miss wasn't made public.
Training continued on Tuesday with a reduced squad due to the international break.
First team players Dest, Piqué, Aleña, Dembélé and Neto all took part alongside B teamers Arnau Tenas, Konrad, Mingueza, Ramos Mingo and Ilaix Moriba.
