The defender, on-loan from Arsenal, dislocated his shoulder just 32 minutes into his Birmingham City debut.

The full-back took a heavy fall in the first half of the game against Reading and he left the field with his arm limp by his side as he was placed by Emilio Nsue.

Following his withdrawal, Birmingham were defeated 2-0 by the Royals, thanks to two second-half goals from Jon Dadi Bodvarsson and George Evans.
