Isi renews contract with Rayo Vallecano until 2028
Rayo confirmed on Monday the renewal of Isi Palazon's contract for the next five seasons until June 2028.
Isaac Palazon, 'Isi', the murcian winger at Rayo Vallecano, renewed his connection with the madrid club until 2028 and will continue in the club's red and white stripe for the next five seasons, according to the agreement reached by club and player.
Isi, now 28 years old, arrived at Rayo in January 2020 from Ponferradina and since then has played 137 games - 66 of these in La Liga - and scored 21 goals for his club.
The winger from Murcia came to Rayo through the express wishes of Paco Jemez, with whom he had the same importance as he has had since 2020 with Andoni Iraola, who considers him one of the most key members of his squad.
With the renewal of the contract, Rayo Vallecano keep hold of one of their fans' most beloved players, who chanted his name to try to get him called up for the national squad.
