Is this the worst ever goalkeeping error in La Liga?
Valladolid's first half went from bad to worse. They were losing at Deportivo Alaves thanks to a lovely goal by Joselu and then they fell further behind due to an inexplicable error by Masip.
Valladolid's chances of getting a point in the La Liga clash at Alaves took major blow because of a goalkeeping howler when they were losing 1-0.
An Alaves free-kick was sent into the area by Lucas Perez, a defender headed it up into the area and it should have been a regulation catch for Masip.
Tomas Pina was nearby, but did not much to distract him, but he inexplicably juggled the ball twice before only being able to tip it onto the post. Pina could not believe his luck and he tapped in the loose ball right on the goalline.
The ex-Barca goalie made some great saves, but that was definitely a moment to forget for him.
