Iniesta could leave Barcelona at the end of the season
Reports suggest that Barca legend Andres Iniesta's time at the Camp Nou may be coming to an end.
The veteran playmaker, who will turn 34 in May, could be set to walk away from the Spanish giants, according to English publication 'The Daily Mail'.
Iniesta has won 30 trophies across a 15-year career and signed a 'contract for life' earlier this season, however, that agreement was not binding and it is now believed he could be set to leave the club he joined as a fresh-faced 12-year-old.
The arrival of Philippe Coutinho has given Iniesta genuine competition in the Barca midfield for the first time in years and with Spanish publication 'Diario Sport' reporting that the Spanish international has a £31m per season contract on the table from CSL side Tianjin Quanjian, he could be set to cut his ties in Catalonia.
Iniesta does not want to play for any club that could face Barca, making a move to the MLS, CSL or Qatar his best options.
It is understood that Iniesta's final decision will be made before this summer's World Cup, with ¨Barca likely to move for another midfielder in the form of Germio's Arthur fill the void should Iniesta move on.
