Pedri spoke to 'Movistar' after Barcelona's 2-0 defeat away to Bayern Munich. The Spaniard said that the scoreline was not a true reflection of the game. "If you miss so many chances, you end up paying for it."
Barcelona lost 2-0 at the Allianz Arena on matchday two of the Champions League against Bayern Munich. After a great first half, where they missed numerous goalscoring opportunities, Xavi's men left Germany empty handed.
Pedri, who had a very clear chance at 2-0 down, spoke after the game and gave his thoughts on the defeat. "There are still many matches to turn this around," the Spaniard told 'Movistar Liga de Campeones'.
The midfielder, who had great performances at the start of the season, stressed: "They're our mistakes. We conceded a goal from a corner. It's something that usually happens to us and we have to improve."
At the same time, he took positives from Barca's defeat. "The scoreline gives a false impression. In the first half, we had many chances to score a goal. But if miss so many chances against a team, you end up paying for it," Pedri added after the game.
