Lamine Yamal spoke to the media after Barcelona's victory at the Metropolitano. Pleased with his goal, he praised the team's reaction to a very adverse result.

Lamine, Barcelona winger and scorer of the 2-3 against Atletico Madrid (2-4), "had it clear" that if he scored "it was going to be in important games" like this Sunday's, according to the player, who considered the victory as "a blow on the table" as they are "leaders with one game less."

"In the end, it was a very important match. Beating Atleti today is a blow on the table. We were leaders with a game in hand. Very happy," he told DAZN, where he revealed that they were all together in the dressing room celebrating the victory and enjoying themselves.

He scored the 2-3 that made the difference. "It was clear to me that if I scored it would be in important games. The team needed me today; I scored the 2-3, and it was an important goal. Since the ball was at the other end I could see that Gallagher was moving away from me, I shot and luckily it went in," he said.

"In the end, out of the anger and importance that we were not comfortable, we were at our best. Lewandowski's goal was very important; Ferran's goal too, which was the equaliser. My goal and Ferri's fourth came on their own," he added.
