Former Arsenal goalkeeper Manuel Almunia has had his say on reported Real Madrid target Kepa Arrizabalaga and whilst he is a fan of the stopper, he isn't quite convinced by the Athletic Bilbao man.

Almunia was forced to hang up his gloves after being diagnosed with a heart problem and is now the goalkeeping coach at Al-Jazira, who will take on Real Madrid in the Club World Cup on Wednesday afternoon.

Speaking to Spanish publication 'AS', Almunia discussed a variety of goalkeepers including: Thibaut Courtois, Marc-Andre Ter Stegen, David De Gea and Kepa about whom the former 'Gunners' still has his doubts.

"I've only seen him play a few games. I like his legs, he's got strong legs and good feet and mobility. He's a very Basque goalkeeper, in that he's got presence and character, but I don't know if he's ready for Real Madrid," Almunia explained.

The 40-year-old also revealed what he considers to be the most important assets for a goalkeeper: "the head, the hands and in my opinion most importantly the legs... as that's how you get to where you need to be faster than just with your hands."

Finally, Almunia discussed Real Madrid's current goalkeeper Keylor Navas and it is fair to sayhe is quite the fan. "He's spectacular between the sticks," he enthused. "Brave, skilful and very flexible. In my opinion he deserves all the respect in the world for what he has achieved."
