Jose Bosingwa spoke about his four match ban after insulting Tom Henning Ovrebo following the Champions League semi-final between Chelsea and Barcelona.

The 2008-09 Champions League semi-final second leg between Chelsea and Barcelona keeps on being talked about 12 years on. Jose Bosingwa, who was given a four match ban after insulting the referee after the game, admitted that he would say the same all over again

"I'd do it again. I felt that that was a tremendous injustice," the former Portuguese footballer told 'Four Four Two'. "I don't know who chose those officials, but you can't put a Norwegian who had refereed seven or eight games in his country a Champions League semi-final.

"Amongst other things, he should have given us three or four penalties that night. I've never felt so angry in my career," the former Chelsea footballer said.

After a 0-0 draw in the first leg in which Barca also complained about the officials, Chelsea went 1-0 up at Stamford Bridge with a great goal by Essien. Then, Abidal was harshly sent off for a second yellow after a foul on Anelka so Barca were not happy either.

However, Tom Henning Ovrebo's performance went viral after Chelsea had four penalties turned down by the officials and Andres Iniesta scored one of the most iconic goals of his career in the closing stages to put Barca in the final. That meant the game ended 1-1 and the Catalans went through on away goals.

More than a decade has passed since that night, but it is still one of the most memorable games in Champions League history. Jose Bosingwa has not forgotten about it either.
