Reports in England claim that Fulham full-back Ryan Fredericks could be playing in the Premier League next season regardless of how his side get on in Saturday's Championship play-off final, with Crystal Palace keeping a close eye on the pacey defender.

The 25-year-old has been a key member of the Fulham side that has stormed to the play-off final this season, starting 44 of their 46 Championship games so far this season.

However, the former Tottenham trainee has so far refused to sign a new deal with the club he joined from Bristol City in 2015, meaning that he will be available on a free at the end of the season.

Defeat at Wembley is likely to spell the end of his career at Craven Cottage, with a host of Premier League sides believed to have run the rule over the former England U18 international over the course of the season.

'The Express' reports that West Ham are one such side, but that the most serious interest at this point is coming from Roy Hodgson's Palace, who could be looking to add to their numbers at right-back in the close-season due to concerns over the regular injuries suffered by Martin Kelly and Joel Ward and with Tim Fosu-Mensah returning to Manchester United following a loan spell.
