Liverpool midfielder Wataru Endo has expressed his commitment to the team's success, stating that his simple yet effective approach is to "always help the team", despite facing challenges with limited playing time under manager Arne Slot.

Liverpool's Japanese midfielder Wataru Endo has reaffirmed his dedication to the team's cause as they enter the knockout stages of the Champions League.

"My idea is very simple: always help the team," Endo said, reflecting his selfless attitude towards his role within the squad.

Despite making only 23 appearances this season, with 17 of those coming from the bench, Endo remains focused on contributing whenever possible. 

"Yeah, it is a little bit tough for me because I don’t play that much," he acknowledged, but emphasized that his priority is to support the team.

Endo has had a positive interaction with new Reds coach Arne Slot, who has praised his attitude and work ethic on several occasions throughout the season. The midfielder feels Slot's confidence, which motivates him to keep working hard in training and in matches.
