Hazard: Current Chelsea side is best I've played in
Chelsea forward Eden Hazard says that the current team is the best Blues side that he has played in since joining the club in 2012.
Chelsea are on a 12-match winning run and could match a Premier League record 13 wins set by Arsenal in the 2001-2002 season with victory over Stoke on New Year's Eve.
With the season yet to reach the halfway point, Chelsea star Eden Hazard believes that the current Chelsea team is the best he has played in, even beter than the title-winning team of 2015.
When asked if the current team was the best Chelsea team that Hazard has played in, he said: "Yes because we win every game! We are full of confidence.
"We try to do something that we didn't do in the past. We score some goals".
The Belgian also thinks that Chelsea can match Arsenal's record of 13 consecutive Premier League wins, but says there is an added incentive for teams to beat Chelsea as they want to end the winning run.
"We feel good. We are full of confidence. We take game after game and try to win every game," Hazard added.
"We don't look at records but if we can make history in this club we will. It's not only about Chelsea, this league.
"This league is very difficult. Every game we try to win.
"But now the opponents try to give everything because they want to be first. Now we are first and everyone wants to beat us".
