Harvey Ellliott has become the youngest footballer to make his Premier League debut in the competition's history. At just 16 years and 30 days old, he made his debut for Fulham.

The Premier League was formed in 1992 and today we have seen another record broken. The youngest player before this Saturday was Matthew Briggs, who also played for Fulham, but that was against Middlesbrough on 13th May 2007 at 16 years and 68 days

Elliott joined the action in the 88th minute in an encounter in which Wolves beat Fulham. He was able to play for a few minutes, but he was unable to celebrate a victory. The 12 year-old record was broken

Harvey Elliott is one of the great young talents of English football. In fact, he had already played for the first team, but that was in the Carabao Cup. A midfielder to have in mind.
