Harry Kane is 'very fit' for the PL's return
Toby Alderweireld said the Tottenham striker is more than ready for a comeback after half a year out of action.
The injuries ruined the last months of competition for Tottenham. Now, the return of the Premier League comes illuminated with the return of Harry Kane, who has fully recovered.
His teammate Toby Alderweireld, in statements provided by the club, is convinced that has recovered despite the fact that it has been almost half a year without playing with Tottenham.
"He looks completely fit, very fit, so we're going to see the old Kane again," said the Belgian defender.
In fact, it also meant that he feels indebted to the team and the stands, which is why he wants to come back giving it his all from day one: "He's been away for a longer period, so his desire to show off for everyone is incredible."
Outside of Europe, Tottenham are eighth in the Premier League, seven points from the Champions League zone, so their real aspirations are to qualify for the UEFA Europa League, now four points away.
