Swansea coach Francesco Guidolin insists he will keep improving his squad in order to avoid another defeat.
Swansea have lost this Saturday 2-1 against Liverpool but the team's coach keeps calm.
He doesn't know if the defeat could cost him his job but he said: "I just have to work every day, every week to prepare the team, prepare for the game. This is my job and I know the situation".
He enjoys a very good relationship with his players. He explained: "We need a result because it is not a good moment but we have all possibility to turn this around.
"We have a good team but are not in a good moment. We have all the possibility to change the situation".
He added: "They gave me a good answer. My team played a very good game against a very strong team and I think a draw would have been the right result. We played better in the first half and in the second half Liverpool played better than we did".
