We take a look to Sunday's La Liga clash between Girona and Real Madrid at Montilivi.

Recent reports have suggested that this game that could be called off due to security fears amid the ongoing tension over Catalan independence from Spain. However, should it go ahead, here is the latest team news:

Girona:

The hosts are coming into the match on the back of a 2-0 home loss to Levante in the Copa del Rey on Thursday night. They currently sit 15th in the league table with nine points from as many games.

Jose Raymundo Luis Suarez will miss the game through injury, while Pedro Alcala is also a doubt.

Real Madrid:

Zinedine Zidane's side, on the other hand, beat Fuenlabrada 2-0 in midweek and rested the majority of their first team stars.

Gareth Bale will not be fit for today's encounter but is targeting a comeback against former club Tottenham in the Champions League next week.

Keylor Navas is still nursing a groin problem, while long-term absentees Mateo Kovacic and Dani Carvajal also miss out.
