Gattuso recalls time at Rangers together with Sean Connery
Current Napoli manager Gennaro Gattuso remembered his time at Rangers, where he got to know actor Sean Connery, who died on Saturday 31st October.
Actor Sean Connery passed away on Saturday 31st October, aged 90. His time in Glasgow coincided with Gennaro Gatusso's period managing Rangers.
"I only met him once, the president back then was David Murray, he was a member of the board. it is true, we spoke a bit later and he didn't want me to leave", he said.
Gattuso took advantage of a journalist's question to send a message to Connery's family: "What can I say? "A very big hug to his entire family, the people who represent him, surely I've got beautiful memories of him, very fascinating, great man, he made history in cinema", concluded an emotional Gattuso.
