Galatasaray tempt Gotze
Galatasaray could be Mario Gotze's next destination. The German footballer became free after leaving Borussia Dortmund and the Turkish club want to tempt him to become their star signing of the summer.
'FotoSpor' reports that Galatasaray want to tempt Mario Gotze with an offer for him to join them for the next few seasons.
Back around May, it was revealed that the German will not continue at Borussia Dortmund, where he has not played regularly in his second spell at the club.
This season, Gotze has played 20 matches, scored three goals and given an assist. His role, in any case, has been a secondary one, since he has enjoyed 599 minutes of play.
Galatasaray began talks with the player's inner circle a few days ago and everything seems to indicate that the first answer was "no". However, the Turkish club will keep on trying for the rest of the summer.
Gotze is one of the main targets in the transfer market. He has received a ton of offers: the last one came from the MLS. Beckham's Inter Miami offered themselves to Gotze, but the German turned them down.
