Galatasaray and Nantes agree loan deal for Mostafa Mohamed

Nantes and Galatasaray have reached an agreement to sign 24-year-old Egyptian international striker Mostafa Mohamed on loan with an option to buy for the French club, where he will play for the 2022-23 season.

Mostafa Mohamed will play in Ligue 1 next season. FC Nantes and Galatasaray SK have reached an agreement on a loan deal with an option to buy the 24-year-old Egyptian international striker, as the French club reports through their official channels. 

Born in Giza in Egypt on 28th November 1997, Mostafa made his football debut for Zamalek SC and signed his first professional contract with El Dakhlia SC in 2016. 

Mostafa, who still has three more years left on his contract with the Turkish club, joined Galatasaray in January 2021. Since then, he has played a total of 58 official matches, scoring 17 goals and providing five assists. 

With the Egypt national team, the young attacker won the U-23 Africa Cup of Nations in 2019 and became a finalist of the Africa Cup of Nations with the senior national team in 2021.
