Newly promoted Fulham have reportedly re-established their interest in Arsenal defender Callum Chambers

It is thought that the Premier League's latest addition is interesting in the signing of out-of-favour defender Callum Chambers.

It was rumoured last summer that Chambers was one of the west-London side's primary targets, but interest quietened after he signed a two-year contract extension with the Gunners.

Despite this, with the introduction of former Sevilla and PSG boss Unai Emery into the club, Chmabers now feels tha his future is uncertain and so could look for a move away from the Emirates. Fulham may be a particularly exciting prospect for the defender as it is likely that he would get a lot more minutes on the pitch should the move happen. This is particularly important for a player who seemed to have promised so much but managed only 10 Premier League starts under Arsene Wenger last term.

Chambers joined Arsenal in 2014 for £18 million, but the three years left on his contract could be no guarantee that he will stay at the Emirates by when the transfer window shuts.
