Unfortunately, Marco Asensio knows a thing or two about injuries. That is why he reached out to Ansu Fati, who completed his meniscus surgery on Monday.
After arriving with the Spanish national team, the Real attacker wanted to wish the Barca player the best and speediest recovery possible.
"I want to wish him luck and speedy recovery, I know it's a little complicated and send him all my love and I know that every single one of us is thinking about him", said the Madridista.
Asensio missed much of last season with a ligament injury that he picked up in preseason. The physical ramifications stunted his progression and he still hasn't found his best form. And that the reason he wanted to reach out to Ansu Fati, putting the Madrid-Barca rivalry aside for a moment.
