Barcelona are about to sell Ferran Jutgla to Brugge. The player himself has said to Barca fans, but he has left a message over a possible return. "Lots of things can happen in football."
Ferran Jutgla will not stay at Barcelona B and, seeing how he couldn't get into the first team, Barca decided that the best was to sell him. Brugge is the main option for the former Espanyol player.
Jutgla himself has said goodbye to the Barca fans via a statement on social media: "I'm writing to thank the Barca family so much for the opportunity they have given me to grow as a footballer."
"You've allowed me to fulfil a dream which is a very important step in my career," Jutgla wrote. He was disappointed to not be able to stay at the Camp Nou after a year which has allowed him to have game time than expected.
However, Jutgla hopes to return soon to the Catalan capital to play in the Catalan capital. "Lots of things can happen in football," the Catalan player said. "Of course the door will always be open to wear such an important shirt like the Barcelona one in two or three seasons."
There are still details left in the operations at Brugge, but Barcelona could keep an option to buy the player back for the future. It would be his first experience abroad and lots of eyes would be on him.
