The Portuguese spoke to the press to express his feelings after the match was over: "We showed character and personality," he said.

Otherwise, Erik ten Hag's side face Sevilla in the second leg of their Europa League quarter-final on Thursday. The 24-year-old is aware that they will be playing for a ticket to the next round as the first leg ended 2-2.

"It’s going to be a fight until the end, we know how it is. The last two months in the Premier League, every game is a fight, every game is do or die for everyone. For us it has to be that mentality. Every game is a final and we want to win it," Dalot concluded.
