Douglas Luiz to renew with Aston Villa
Aston Villa are close to agreeing a contract extension for Douglas Luis until 2025. The club are delighted with him and want to keep him beyond 2023, when his current contract expires.

The good news is back for the Birmingham outfit, as they have all but completed a deal to extend Douglas Luiz's contract, according to Nicolo Schira. The renewal would run until the end of the 2024-25 campaign.
In addition, there will be a clause that would include the option of an extra year. The Brazilian is in his fourth season in the Villa Park.
The English side's move is understandable given what the player brings to the pitch and Milan's continued interest since FC Barcelona secured the services of Franck Kessie.
