After trailing 1-0 to Panama at half-time, Tunisia came out fighting in the second-half to score twice in short succession and take the lead.
In the 52nd minute, Naim Sliti teamed up with Wahbi Khazri to execute some exquisite passing that culminated in a perfect shot across the goal, for Fakhreddine Ben Yousseff to slide home from close range.
The striker equalised for Tunisia, and reignited hopes of a comeback in the second-half. Those hopes were realised when just fifteen minutes later, Khazri scored to put the African nation ahead.
Once again Sliti was involved as the midfielder paired up with Oussama Haddadi with a sharp exchange on the left side. The duo then teed the ball up for Khazri who tapped it in to secure Tunisia's lead
