Michy Batshuayi, who is currently on loan at Dortmund from Chelsea, is wanted in Germany on a permanent deal. The Blues have said Dortmund will have to empty their wallets if they want to sign him though.

Batshuayi has had a significant impact in Germany since joining Dortmund on loan in January. He currrently has 12 goals under his belt in the famous yellow shirt but looks unlikely to add to that tally after suffering a season-ending ankle ligament injury on Sunday.

Now, the Bundesliga side are keen to make their deal for the Belgian permanent, but will have to meet the £50million pricetag Chelsea have put on their 24-year-old, according to the 'Evening Standard.'

Batshuayi joined Chelsea for a little over £33million in 2016, but has only really featured as a late substitute for the London side. Prior to his injury, the forward was enjoying a regular spot in the Dortmund side and progressing rapidly.

With the World Cup fast approaching, Batshuayi is now facing a race for fitness to show his talent on football's greatest stage.
