Dortmund look to sign Seri and Plea from Nice
Dortmund are in talks with Nice about signing Alassane Plea and Jean Michael Seri.
Seri and Plea both played under Borussia Dortmund's manager Favre when he managed Nice.
According to Sky, Chelsea and Fulham have both shown interest in Seri, who would prefer to move to the Premier League.
Seri nearly made the move away from Nice last summer, after Raul Sanllehi began recruiting at Camp Nou.
City have also had their eye on Seri, but their main priority has been bringing Jorginho to the Etihad.
Seri has a year left on his contract with Nice, and has a hefty £35m release clause which is in place until July.
Favre has been looking to bring in new talent ahead of the season beginning.
