Diego Costa gets away with making offensive gesture
The Spain international has been let-off by the English football's governing body despite his bad behaviour against Everton in the FA Cup.
On Saturday, Chelsea lost 2-0 to Everton and Costa couldn't contain his frustration. He was eventually sent off for a second booking towards the end after the television crew caught the forward aiming a rude gesture at the home fans at half-time.
However, on Monday the FA made a decision with Costa's observations taken into account and they made the following statement, "Having considered the evidence and Diego Costa’s observations in relation to a gesture the Chelsea forward made towards Everton supporters at half-time of Saturday’s FA Cup Sixth Round tie, the FA is satisfied no further action is required."
It appears that Costa is trying to escape from Chelsea...
