There are many players who completely change one they step out on to the pitch and Ousmane Dembele certainly appears to be one of them. The Frenchman scored the winner in Barcelona's Spanish Super Cup win over Sevilla on Sunday, but proved too shy to accept the trophy from Lionel Messi at full-time.

With the Barca players joyously celebrating their first silverware of the season, Demebele cut much more of a withdrawn figure.

Indeed, when captain Leo Messi attempted to hand him the trophy he tried to reject it, gesturing that he did not want it and that it should be passed on to someone else.

He eventually relented and accepted the trophy, only to rapidly pass it on to academy product Miranda.

Thus the trophy that Dembele proved key in winning spend a matter of mere seconds in his hands.

Dembele's shyness off the pitch is reminiscent of that of N'Golo Kante, who was unable to celebrate with the World Cup trophy until team-mate Steven N'Zonzi went and asked for it for him.
