Tottenham and England midfielder Dele Alli is the world's most valuable player under 21, worth more than French stars Kylian Mbappe and Ousmane Dembele.

Top European clubs may be prepared to pay up to £120 million for Monaco sensation Kylian Mbappe, despite the French club's threats aimed at the youngster's suitors, but according to a report by Soccerex, Dele Alli is the most valuable footballer born after January 1, 1996.

The Spurs star is valued at £73.6 million, using Prime Time Sport's Football Value Index to determine his worth, while Mbappe is second on the list. The Monaco striker is valued at £55 million.

Mbappe's France teammate and also coveted youngster Ousmane Dembele comes in third, the Dortmund winger reportedly worth £54.3 million.

Dele Alli's stock continues to rise after another phenomenal season in which he hit 18 Premier League goals from midfield. Proof of this is his £44.8m increase with respect to last year's report, which places him at the top of a list in which Leroy Sane (£45.5m), Marco Asensio (£38m) and Gabriel Jesus (£37.9m) also feature.

Marcus Rashford comes in seventh, valued at £38m, followed by Gianluigi Donnarumma (£36m), Timo Werner (£31.7m) and Kingsley Coman (£31.1m), who complete the top 10.
