Dani Alves close to join Fluminense

Deadline day for the Brazilian transfer window is on Friday, so any agreements reached after that date would have to wait until January to be allowed to play. Alves recently left Sao Paulo.
Fluminense made an initial offer to the Olympic gold medalist; he sent a counteroffer, and Fluminense sent another one. As of now the three parties feel positive about the deal and want to close it as soon as possible.
The former Sevilla or Barcelona right-back, already played six games this season however, the rules still allow him to sign for a different club.
