Coutinho returned to Anfield and received a tremendous ovation
The Brazilian midfielder was back in red in front of the Anfield faithful after a summer of repeated attempts to force through a move to Barcelona.
Philippe Coutinho is doing what he loves most again. After a summer of allegations and reported struggles for the Brazilian, he was back to helping Liverpool on the pitch against Sevilla.
The biggest question was how Anfield would receive him. In the end, it was with opened arms and applause, as not a single jeer could be heard on the playmaker's return to action.
