Jurgen Klopp is unlikely to start Philippe Coutinho or Daniel Sturridge in Liverpool's crunch clash against Manchester United on Sunday afternoon.

Liverpool playmaker Philippe Coutinho has not played in the Premier League since picking up an ankle injury in the match against Sunderland on 26 November, but made a return against Southampton in the EFL Cup on Wednesday, coming off the bench in the second half.

Despite his comeback from injury, Klopp is still unlikely to risk the Brazilian from the start, but will leave the attacking midfielder on the bench.

Meanwhile, Sturridge is likely to remain on the bench, with Klopp favouring Divock Origi in a central striking role.
