The last time both these sides met Barca came out on top by winning 4-0 at the Estadio Nuevo de Los Cármenes.
2019-20 finalists Athletic Bilbao will also be travelling to Andalusia to face Real Betis. Sevilla are away to Segunda División club Almería.
The final match sees Levante at home to Villarreal. These matches will take place on 2nd, 3rd and 4th February.
