Comical own goal in the Under 20 World Cup!
Honduras did not get their World Cup campaign off to the best start. They fell behind in just the 8th minute with an own goal which was very avoidable.
The Under 20 World Cup is a good platform for young players to show their ability to try and end up signing for a big club.
In the Honduras v New Zealand game, a Honduras player scored an inexplicable own goal. Darwin Diego turned it into his own net in the 8th minute.
A cross from the right by the Kiwis went into the box and then Diego inexplicably stuck his foot out to beat his own goalkeeper. An inexplicable gaffe.
