Chiellini to ask Juve for five million euros a year to renew

Giorgio Chiellini's contract at Juventus ended on 30th June. At the moment, there has not been an offer by Juventus. According to 'La Gazzetta dello Sport', the Euro 2020 winner with Italy will demand a new contract of five million euros net a year.

The summer has been busy for Chiellini. He ended the season at Juventus and he went to the Euros. He ended up winning the trophy after winning the trophy for Italy. 

His contract at Juventus ended at 30th June. And his priority sees him staying at Turin, but for now he has not received any offers from the 'Bianconeri'

To sign a new contract at Juventus, Chiellini will have to lay down his conditions, or at least that is what 'La Gazzetta dello Sport' says. According to this media outlet, the central defender wants to earn five million euros net a year. 

Until his contract at Juventus ended, Chiellini was earning around 3.5 million euros. In other words, he wants to earn 1.5 million euros more.

In addition, Chiellini wants to sign for two seasons, his plan is to sign until 2023. He does not want to go through the uncertainty he is going through right now. 

If Juventus do not listen to him, Chiellini will listen to offers from other clubs who want him. Ancelotti's Real Madrid has recently been linked as an alternative for the defender.
