Chelsea are not happy with just signing Mykhailo Mudryk, Joao Felix and Benoit Badiashile. The English side are willing to spend up to £75 million to get get Moises Caicedo on board, the Ecuadorian midfielder who currently plays at Brighton.
Chelsea, who find themselves in the midst of a crisis, are one of the sides to have spent the most money in this transfer window, resulting in the signing of players such as Mykhailo Mudryk, Joao Felix and Benoit Badiashile, as well as others.
However, the London club are still not happy with what they have and will try and get others in before the window shuts. This time, the new target is Moises Caicedo.
According to 'The Daily Mirror', the Blues board are thought to be prepared to pay up to £75 million to get the Ecuadorian on board, who is currently at Brighton.
The Seagulls do not want to lose their midfielder at this point of the season, but what is for sure is that a multi-million pound offer from Chelsea could change their minds.
We will have to see what happens in the next few weeks, but Graham Potter's side will definitely try to strengthen, at all costs, a side which needs to change its mentality and get back to its best before the Champions League ties against Borussia Dortmund.
