Chalov tapped in rebound to kickstart CSKA comeback
Arsenal may have gone into their Europa League quarter-final second leg against CSKA Moscow with a 4-1 aggregate lead but the home side clawed one back in the first half though Fyodor Chalov.
In a week of European comebacks which saw Roma topple Barcelona and Juventus come within whiskers of eliminating Real Madrid, Arsene Wenger did not want his side to experience a similar fate.
However, their lead was reduced in the 38th minute. A perfectly whipped ball from the left wing, gave Vitinho a clear header on goal. Although Petr Cech was down quick to deny the CSKA forward.
Unfortunately, the Arsenal goalkeeper couldn't parry the ball out of danger and Chalov was there to tap-in the rebound.
