The Arsenal midfielder posted a video of a rehabilitation excercise on his Instagram as he continues to recover from an achilles injury.

The Spanish international updated his fans on his progress as he tries to recover from a longstanding achilles injury.

Cazorla has not featured for the Gunners since October, when he suffered an ankle injury in a Champions League group game against Ludogorets.

Even though he has not given a concrete return date, the midfielder gave Arsenal fans hope after claiming that he is 'one step closer' to putting on the red and white shirt again.

The video he posted shows him doing a number of squats, which suggests he is still at the beinning of what will probably be a long road back to full fitness.
