Edinson Cavani has finally cut back and will be in the Manchester United squad for the game against Aston Villa, as confirmed by manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on Friday.

Edinson Cavani will return to Manchester United's squad to face Aston Villa this weekend after overcoming his fitness problems.

The Uruguayan has missed United's last four games with a muscle problem, but manager Ole Gunnar Solskajer confirmed he will be back for Saturday's clash with the Villans at Old Trafford.

"He is called up for Saturday. He's been training and he already feels ready to help the team. He's ready, he's worked very hard, as he always does, and hopefully he can have a similar impact to last season.

Cavani, who has seen his competition at United increase with the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo, has played just 37 minutes this season, while he scored 17 goals in all competitions last season.
