Can Arsenal contain the 'Fab Four'?

A nickname that doesn't particularly please coach Jurgen Klopp, but that perfectly encapsulates what his front line are all about. Much of Liverpool's success this season has hinged on the phenomenal performances from their dynamic forward quartet.

Back in August, Coutinho missed out while Firmino, Mane and Salah all scored in Liverpool's 4-0 thrashing of Arsenal at Anfield, a result that will live long in Arsene Wenger's memory. The Frenchman will want his players to make up for it with a solid performance in front of their fans.

A back three of Koscielny, Monreal and Rob Holding proved an utter disaster in the reverse fixture earlier this season, so a four-man defence will likely be the preferred option to provide stability. Even then, it may not be enough to keep one of the most frightening forward lines in football at bay.

Liverpool's turbo-charged combination of Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino, Philippe Coutinho and Mohamed Salah are all set to be unleashed on Friday evening. It's not looking good for Arsenal, with the 'Fab Four' prospering on the road due to the spaces awarded by goal-pursuing hosts.

Arguably one of Liverpool's most in-form players is Mohamed Salah. Nacho Monreal will be tasked with the job of keeping him quiet. Salah is an expert at punishing the slightest of distractions from opposing defences, so the Spaniard cannot find himself out of position.

On the other flank, Arsenal's flying wing-back Hector Bellerin loves to bomb forward as often as possible. With Mane well rested having missed out on Liverpool's last outing, Bellerin simply cannot neglect his defensive duties.

Laurent Koscielny and Shkodran Mustafi form a commanding partnership in centre-back. Their experience and discipline will be pivotal in keeping Brazilian duo Firmino and Coutinho from running in behind the back line. Blistering pace, fast passing and a clinical eye for goal. Liverpool's 'Fab Four' at full speed are simply impossible for anyone to stop. Arsenal will give it a try.
