Caio and Cebolinha no longer on Barca's agenda

However, 'Mundo Deportivo' states that the interest in these two Brazilians has cooled down. The reasons are different in each case.

Rodrigo Caio is already 26 years-old, a rather late age to be making this sort of move. Moreover, he has been punished with injuries and the presence of other options in Europe have moved him away from the top of their agenda.

In Soares' case, the reason is merely economical. 'Cebolinha' is one of the Brazilian national team's biggest hopes despite being 23-years-old. This expected projection makes his price rise to almost 100 million euros, something that does not fit in Barca's plans.
