Despite the fact that his first few games at Barcelona have not been brilliant, Sergio Busquets believes that Frenkie de Jong will quickly adapt to the Barcelona team and and will end up being one of the best players in the world.
Frenkie de Jong's start at FC Barcelona has not been as good as the fans would have hoped.
The first few games of his showed some aspects of his quality, but not enough to convince the Barcelona team.
And it is that Frenkie seems a bit self-conscious and is not letting out all that football he showed in Ajax and more recently in the Dutch National Team.
In the last game, between Holland and Germany we could see a de Jong with complete freedom in the midfield area, moving around the whole field and arriving in the box dangerously, soemthing which has not been seen at Barcelona.
However, Barcelona think that the best version of the midfielder will end up arriving and one of the best defenders in the world is his team mate Sergio Busquets.
The Spanish international, who signed with Barcelona in the last decade, believes that de Jong must join the team and that in doing so, he will show all of his potential.
"He must adapt to different football to the one at Ajax, but he will do it wonderfully,he has all of the present and future to be one of the best in his position," said a Busquets who could be one of the 'harmed' by the growth of De Jong.
