Andrea Radrizzani, Leeds' owner, revealed to 'beIN Sports' how Marcelo Bielsa's arrival at Leeds came around. The Italian was amazed at the way the 'Madman' approaches football.

Leeds United appointed Marcelo Bielsa as their first-team coach, who ended the club's exile and achieved its promotion to the Premier League after 16 years away from the top flight.

Andrea Radrizzani, the owner of the English club, revealed to 'beIN Sports' how the agreement between both parties came about: "It was during a conversation in the car with Victor Orta - sports director-".

"It had been a difficult season, so I wanted to have a leader, a charismatic coach who could change the dynamic and Victor said: 'I think Marcelo Bielsa would be incredible, but it is impossible And when someone says something is impossible, I want it more," he confessed.

Radrizzani revealed that Victor called him on the phone, but he did not answer. So the sports director left him a message on his mobile phone...

"When he spoke to him the next day, Marcelo had already seen ten games, he already knew the players... So we flew to Buenos Aires and spent ten hours in a room learning from him, while he already had clear in his mind what to do and what to change", he concluded.
