As reported by '20minutos', a group of assailants robbed Real Madrid player Karim Benzema's house while the Frenchman was playing against Elche on Saturday.
It is not the first time, unfortunately, that this kind of thing has happened. Karim Benzema suffered a robbery this Sunday at his home while the Frenchman was playing the match against Elche at the Santiago Bernabeu.
This information was confirmed by '20minutos', which added that the thieves who raided the Frenchman's home did so through the garden. His home is in the well-known area of La Moraleja.
At the time the assailants decided to enter, Benzema's house was empty and, for the moment, it is unknown what the thieves stole.
In 2019, the Real Madrid striker suffered a robbery, on that occasion at the same time as a 'El Clasico' against Barcelona in February.
Reports of burglaries of footballers' homes have become commonplace, as was recently the case, among many other examples, with Marcos Rojo of Boca Juniors and Jonathan Ikone of Lille.
