Benzema is back! Frenchman bags first-half brace
Karim Benzema may have endured a frustrating start to the season but he showed on Tuesday that whilst form is temporary, class is permanent.
The Frenchman scored twice in six minutes before half time to show double his tally for the season and repay his manager's faith in him.
The first was a cool finish after a fine ball from deep from Toni Kroos and the second a tap-in after unselfish play from Cristiano Ronaldo.
Could this be the springboard the France international needs to finally get his season up and runnning?
