Karim Benzema and Toni Kroos were the stars of Real Madrid's second session of the week. Both trained with the Real madrid reserve team on a day in which Carlo Ancelotti had 13 international absentees.

Real Madrid held the second training session of the week on Thursday in which Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti, with 13 players absent due to international duty, opted for a joint session with Madrid's reserve team and France's Karim Benzema with the group.

Carvajal, Nacho and Ceballos (Spain); Courtois (Belgium); Camavinga and Tchouameni (France); Modric (Croatia); Alaba (Austria); Lunin (Ukraine); Militao, Vinicius and Rodrygo (Brazil); and Valverde (Uruguay) are the international players that the coach cannot count on.

However, Ancelotti was able to count on Benzema, who, as well as Germany's Toni Kroos, has been following a specific plan since Wednesday to look after them after the heavy load of matches in recent weeks.

With these players, the 'Merengues' completed training alongside Madrid's reserve team coach Raul Gonzalez Blanco, who will play on Sunday against Balona in the match corresponding to Group I of Primera RFEF, while the senior team will not play until 2nd April, when they will host Valladolid.
