Bayern submit official contract offer to Leroy Sane
Bayern Munich are determined to keep Leroy Sane and have offered him a new contract that runs until 2028 to prevent the 29-year-old winger from leaving this summer as a free agent.
Leroy Sane has once again been a key figure in the Bayern Munich schemes, as reflected by his 38 appearances to date, in which he has scored 11 goals and provided 4 assists.
However, there have been months of speculation about a possible exit for the German winger next summer, as there was no news of a possible renewal and his contract expires in June 2025.
Bayern Munich are determined to prevent the 29-year-old from leaving as a free agent this summer and have offered him a new contract until 2028, according to Florian Plettenberg.
Sane wants to extend his commitment to the club, but to do so he will have to take a pay cut to 10 million euros gross per year, when he currently receives 20, the German journalist has reported.
